Also known as "the Emerald Assassin", Chuth was an adult green dragon that lived in the Misty Forest during the time of the Tyranny of Dragons.
At one point he joined the Cult of the Dragon and became the companion of the exiled elf prince Neronvain. Together, they coordinated raids against the elvish inhabitants of the Misty Forest.
